Copper cables braided cable scarf

Yarn: one 100g skein of Manos wool silk blend Needles: 8mm and optional crochet hook.

Cast on 36 stitches

Pattern:
Knit 18 rows 1x1 rib pattern (RS)
Knit 12 stitches rib, c12b in pattern
Knit 18 rows 1x1 rib pattern (WS)
Knit 12 stitches rib, c12f in pattern

repeat pattern 6 times more
Knit 18 rows 1x1 rib pattern
Bind off loosely in pattern

With any extra yarn, divide into pieces and attach to ends. I cut into 24 strings and used a crochet hook to attach to the ends of the scarf.
